Accessing online training is easy. Simply open the Need help menu after logging in to U.S. Bank Access® Online and choose the User guides and training link.
Instructor-led training
Instructor-led classes enable you to benefit from the live instruction of an Access Online expert trainer. These sessions are designed to assist program managers in handling more complex functionality, including areas such as:
- Account setup and maintenance
- User profiles
- Transaction management
- Reporting
To view a list of upcoming instructor-led training, as well as to register for a class, open the Need help menu in Access Online and select User guides and training. Under the Training section, select your role. On the course page, select a course topic. Look for the webinar schedule and registration.
